Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your package. Tracking provided by XO Clothing Co. software system.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Which includes: pop up sales, SALE TAB, and discount codes 30% and more. No exceptions.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: swimwear, athletic wear, jewelry, intimates, bralettes, leggings, and bodysuits.

Custom made items, such as Vintage Levi's are FINAL SALE. If for any reason your Vintage Levi shorts do not fit, we will allow you to EXCHANGE them for a different size of the Vintage Levi's IF AVAILABLE. If they are not available in a different size, shorts are FINAL SALE.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at xoclothingreturns@gmail.com and forward photos of any damages.

RETURN SHIPPING COST is customer’s responsibility, unless a mistake is made by XO Clothing Co.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return.

Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
