Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY FOR XO CLOTHING CO.

 

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping cost is $8.95.
  • Shipping to Canada is $30 on all orders.
  • All other countries will vary in rates.  Please contact us at shopxoclothingco@gmail.com. 
  • Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday (excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays) to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of XO Headquarters.
  • Expect to receive your package 2-3 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
  • Shipments occur only on weekdays (Monday-Friday).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Fridays, will be processed on the following Monday. 
  • Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
  • Please expect shipping delays during site wide sales and during the holiday season.
  • XO Clothing Co. is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time.  Please contact your local carrier. 
  • All orders include tracking with delivery confirmation.  Sometimes tracking information is not updated in a timely manner. 
  • If your tracking information states that your order has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local carrier.   USPS 1-800-ASK-USPS or UPS 1-888-742-5877.

International Shipping

  • Shipping to Canada is $18.99 on all orders.
  • All other countries will vary in rates.  Please contact us at shopxoclothingco@gmail.com.
  • UPS International orders cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.  Your order will be sent via USPS instead. 
  • International customers are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for charges and rates on a package.

 

 

Wrong Address

  • XO Clothing Co. is NOT responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the correct shipping address before you checkout. 
  • If the package leaves the XO Clothing Co. Headquarters with the incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost, once we receive their package back.  If the package is not delivered back to us and goes to the incorrect address, XO Clothing Co. will not be held responsible. 

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Package

  • Once the package leaves XO Headquarters and is in the hands of the carrier, XO Clothing Co. is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.  Please contact your local carrier for information and tracking.  USPS 1-800-ASK-USPS or UPS 1-888-742-5877.
