Standard Shipping
Standard domestic shipping is $8.95. Final shipping charges are determined at checkout and are subject to change.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 2–3 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Central Time on Fridays will be processed beginning the following Monday.
Processing and delivery may take longer during sitewide sales and the holiday season.
Tracking & Delivery
All orders include tracking with delivery confirmation. Please allow time for your carrier to update tracking information.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. XO Clothing Co. is not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact your carrier directly.
International Shipping
International shipping rates vary by destination. For rates and questions, email shopxoclothingco@gmail.com.
UPS international shipments cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. Orders addressed to international P.O. Boxes will be shipped through USPS instead.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. Please contact your country’s customs office for details.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.
XO Clothing Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Package

Once the package leaves XO Headquarters and is in the hands of the carrier, XO Clothing Co. is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for information and tracking. USPS 1-800-ASK-USPS or UPS 1-888-742-5877.
