Final Sale

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes pop-up sale purchases, items from the Sale Tab, and purchases made with discount codes of 30% or more. No exceptions.

Shipping charges apply to purchases discounted by 30% or more. Promotions cannot be applied to previous orders.

Sale Exclusions

Each sale has its own terms and exclusions. Certain items, collections, or discounts may be excluded. Please refer to the corresponding sale announcement on our social media for details.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are non-refundable. Estimated arrival dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. No exceptions.

Order Changes

Due to the high volume of orders during sales, we are unable to edit or combine orders. Please review your items and shipping information before checking out.
