- Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your package. Tracking provided by XO Clothing Co. software system.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Which includes: pop up sales, SALE TAB, and discount codes 30% and more. No exceptions.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: swimwear, athletic wear, jewelry, intimates, bralettes, leggings, and bodysuits.
- Custom made items, such as Vintage Levi's are FINAL SALE. If for any reason your Vintage Levi shorts do not fit, we will allow you to EXCHANGE them for a different size of the Vintage Levi's IF AVAILABLE. If they are not available in a different size, shorts are FINAL SALE.
- Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
- Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
- Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at xoclothingreturns@gmail.com and forward photos of any damages.
- RETURN SHIPPING COST is customer’s responsibility, unless a mistake is made by XO Clothing Co.

- Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return.
- Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
- Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
