Return Policy

Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 7 business days of receiving your package. Items must be in perfect condition. Include your packing slip; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless XO made an error.

All sale items are final sale, including pop-up sales, Sale Tab items, and purchases using discount codes of 30% or more. Purchases made with store credit are also final sale.

Allow 5–7 days for processing after we receive your return. Store credit will be emailed to you.
